6:30 AM in Saigon, the rich aroma of a freshly brewed black coffee fills the air, awakening the city for a new day. This familiar scent sparked a question in my mind: beyond drinking, what else can coffee do? Day after day, this question lingered. Then one day, as I watched a barista toss spent coffee grounds into the trash, another thought hit me: Was this waste? Could coffee grounds, post-brewing, still hold value?

Upon deeper research, we discovered that millions of kilograms of coffee grounds are discarded every year, contributing to greenhouse gas emissions and disposal costs. This was our wake-up call. What if this seemingly useless waste could be reborn and bring value back to people?

That’s when we decided to take action.

We source coffee grounds from local farms and cooperatives in Vietnam, supporting communities and reducing carbon emissions.
